High-quality finishes At Regn, all taps feature a high-quality finish. For chrome and matt black, an EP finish is used, which stands for electroplating. This process involves applying a metal film layer to the material, making the tap extra suitable for bathroom use. For the colours brushed gold, brushed copper, brushed nickel and gun metal black, the PVD staining process is used. This cleans the stainless steel, allowing the ceramic coloured coating to adhere better and preserve its natural look.
